I’m Phil – an Author, Teacher, Coach, Mentor, and Life-long Learner. My life journey has cultivated knowledge and wisdom through academic studies, life experience, coaching, mentoring, and my personal and professional activities and interests. I’m often described as a Renaissance Person, because my interests and experience span many domains.

I’ve been a person of faith since the mid-1970’s, and my life of faith for nearly 50 years shapes and informs everything I do.

My professional background is in coaching, mentoring, teaching, education administration, curriculum design, educational measurement, and professional certification. I’ve helped both individuals and organizations think about what they want to know, the required skills, and a roadmap to get there. I’ve been a learning consultant, advisor, and coach for individuals and teams in Information Technology, Continuing Education, Education Management, Manufacturing, Financial and Professional Services, and Christian Ministry.
